Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped suite with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. It had everything I needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made it exceptionally convenient. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which enhanced my overall experience. However, I did notice that the hotel could benefit from more elevators, as the wait times were a bit long at times.
Overall, I found the hotel was decent but it definitely doesn't live up to the luxury label. The location next to the main gondola is fantastic and the two-bedroom suite was well-equipped, despite minor issues. However, I was pretty disappointed with the housekeeping and the lack of basic services like room service. I'd be hesitant to choose this hotel again given my experience.
I had a solid experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade which was perfect for our group. The food on-site was enjoyable, though the surrounding area lacked additional dining or shopping options. Overall, for a quick stay, it met all our needs.
I had a fantastic stay at the Sutton Place. The two-bedroom condo was spacious and well-maintained, boasting amazing views of the gondola and resort. The amenities, including the hot tubs and pool, were great after a long day on the slopes. However, I did hear about upcoming renovations that might affect the experience in the future. Overall, it was a lovely visit, and I would certainly consider coming back.
